We assist and advise clients at the end of the permitting stage and manage the development/construction interface of their renewable energy projects throughout the construction phase. This has proven to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, to the required quality standards and within budget.

Our services include:

• Tracking and ensuring outstanding development, land and planning issues are finalized

• Overall progress, budget monitoring and reporting

• Interface with project stakeholders including land owners, EPC contractors, Independent Connection Providers (ICPs), planning authorities, power offtakers, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and distribution or transport grid operators

• Management and coordination of owner’s advisers including owner’s engineers, legal advisers, planning consultants, insurance consultants, H&SE auditors, ecological clerks

• Management of key project agreement and contracts (Land leases, PPA/CPPA, EPC contracts, other equipment supply agreements,)

• Monitoring planning condition compliance throughout the construction phase

• Procurement and Negotiation of operational contracts, ranging from O&M and Asset Management agreements to Meter Operators (MOP) and HV/LV supply contracts
